first time Juicing

I have recently purchased a juicer, it is so far great learning new concoctions to try. I have found many that help boost energy and replace a meal and give your skin a glow! it is a messy yet fun experience thus far.

The reality

I am one with all when it comes to working out and eating healthy, its important for me to make working out and eating right a priority and a daily decision. It is not easy we all have busy lives and with that comes stress, excuses and lack of motivation to not pick up a meal for the family that it quick and easy but not the most healthiest for us. Or to say oh i don't have time to work out ill do it tomorrow. the truth about being healthy is that is takes time, effort and a conscious decision every day. Once you make these things priority in your daily life's the easier it is to become more health conscious.
